RYDER SKYE CAST IN PORKY'S REMAKE
LOS ANGELES — Adult actress Ryder Skye
landed a principal role in an upcoming mainstream movie helmed
by the Australian director of cult cinema favorites "Escape
2000," "Stunt Rock" and "The Man From Hong Kong."
The feature, "The College Years," is a remake of
the classic '80s high school three-part comedy series "Porky's"
and will be helmed by Brian Trenchard-Smith. The UK-born
director is also a favorite of Academy Award winner Quentin
Tarantino.
Skye, nominated for AVN's Best New Starlet and
The Jenna Jameson Crossover Star of the Year awards as well as
XBiz's New Starlet of the Year, is excited to work with a
director of Trenchard-Smith's caliber.
"I've always loved acting," Skye said. "My first
major was theater and there's nothing more fulfilling for me
than being in front of a camera. I'm bringing the passion I have
for the work I do in adult to my role in 'The College Years' and
I hope my fans enjoy it as much as my other films."

About Ryder Skye:
Native southern Californian Ryder Skye embraces
the adult industry as a career, not a job. Skye enjoys her work
in front of the camera, but the former theater major
particularly enjoys feature roles. She is an avid supporter of
animal rights and environmental causes, and is working toward
her degree in women's studies with a minor in human sexuality.
