MAN IN LINGERIE CAUGHT JERKING OFF IN PUBLIC

A report on TheSmokingGun.com says that a Virginia man was arrested by state troopers for masturbating in his car while driving.

Andrew Jones, 34, said he was on his way to see his girlfriend and was “excited” about getting some alone time with her. State police responded to calls from two truck drivers who observed Jones pleasuring himself while operating his vehicle on the highway.

Police allege that Jones was masturbating and engaging in phone sex with his girlfriend while driving.

It was also noted in the police report that the West Virginia man was wearing women’s underwear and stockings at the time.

Jones was charged with indecent exposure and drug possession (a bag of methamphetamine and a pipe were found in his car).
