Beating The Odds with Porn Performer Jenna Presley

Adult film newcomer Jenna Presley is the eldest of three children as she turned 20-years-old on April Fools Day. Born in San Diego, Jenna entered the porn industry in 2005 after dabbling in stripping when went to Mexico at the age of 15 and began dancing. But it wasn’t all sex drugs and rock and roll for Presley.

In her former years of high school, Presley almost lost her life as she battled anorexia. She was down to less then 60 pounds.

Jenna Presley isn’t just another high school dropout who fell in to the sex industry because she had no other means. In fact, she graduated from Hilltop High School with honors in 2005 and began college at Santa Barbara City College in June 2006 but left a short time later.

Like many performers before her, Presley made the jump from stripping to fucking on film and has currently done nearly 150 films. She has done everything from working the gonzo circuit “Swallow My Squirt 4” (Elegant Angel), “Teens in Tight Jeans” (Vouyer Media) to working with big companies in films like “Britney Rears 3: Britney Gets Shafted” (Hustler), “Duality (Wicked Pictures), and Wet Room (Ninn Worx.)

Sitting down with the recent AVN nominee for Best New Starlet, I had a chance to talk with Jenna Presley about her career, overcoming anorexia and fucking news anchors.

How did you get into stripping when you are only 15?

I got into stripping at 15 because I went to Mexico with my friends to party, got drunk for the first time and ended up in a strip club. One thing led to another... I danced. I loved it, and decided to make that my weekend job. However, I never got fully nude. I always wore my panties. Only my tits were exposed.

How did you overcome anorexia?

Overcoming anorexia was a very long process. I still struggle with it. I went through almost two years in treatment. I pretty much have it under control now. I really try and reach out to girls and boys whom are struggling with any kind of eating disorder.

What’s the highlight of your porn career so far?

The highlight of my career so far... I have won two awards! I won Starlet of the Year at the Adult Night

Moves Awards and Freshest Meat at the Golden Gapes Awards.

What’s the difference between Jenna Presley the porn performer and Jenna Presley the every day girl?

To be honest if you want to know the difference between porn Jenna Presley and every day Jenna Presley just watch a film with behind the scenes footage. I am myself in the behind the scenes and when the camera is rolling for the sex, that is when you will see porn Jenna Presley. I become a filthy slut.  

On your Myspace page you have a daily picture and some have you flashing a lot of, um .. cash. Are you trying to be gangsta?

On my Myspace page I do the Picture of the Day Monday through Friday. And once I flashed a lot of cash. It was inspired by one of my good friends. We were just being goofy. So no, I am not trying to be gangsta, I just am gangsta.

Do people ever think you and Teagan Presley are sisters?

I have been asked a couple of times if Teagan and I are sisters. The answer is no. We are great friends though and I think she is such a beautiful young lady.

You wanted to be an anchor woman when you were a kid. Like TV News?

Yes, in high school I was an anchor woman for my school. Every morning I gave my high school the daily news. I had so much fun doing it. So yes this was what I wanted to do, prior to porn

What news anchor person do you think is the most fuckable?

Haha Well I think the most fuckable news person is Carson Daily. He gives us all the hot celebrity news and he is hot!!!

Are you still producing and directing for Shy Love Vicious Media?

No, thankfully I am done with Shy and Vicious Media. They are not smart business people, therefore I decided to take my business else where.

What’s the biggest misconception about being a porn star?

The biggest misconception about being a porn star in my opinion is that we don’t have values. Well that is so far from the truth because I have many values as well as much respect for not only others but for myself as well.

If your brother or sister wanted to get into porn, would you encourage them?

If my brother and/or sister wanted to get into porn I would not encourage them. I do not want to have sex with the same people that they have sex with. However, once I retire, if they absolutely insisted I would point them in the right direction so that they would be in good hands.

What is something you have done on film you wouldn’t do again?

I am not afraid to speak up for myself. Therefore, I have not done anything that I did not want to do. So everything that I have done on camera I would do again.

What is the best scene you have done thus far?

That’s a tough question to answer. I’d have to say both my scenes in “I’m Only Squirteen” from Red Light District and “Lady of the Evening” by Wicked.

What other jobs did you have before you went into the adult industry?

I have had many jobs prior to porn. I was an office assistant, I worked at a pizza place, at a water park, at a Japanese restaurant, I worked at a tattoo shop, I was a tele-marketer, and a stripper. I know the value of a dollar.

Your fans are pretty loyal. What’s the strangest request you ever got from a fan?

The strangest request I ever got from a fan was on Myspace. He asked me if I would marry him in exchange for two goats. I thought that was very funny.

What’s something your fans would be surprised to know about you?

Gosh I am so open I don’t think I could surprise my fans. I had a 3.87 overall GPA in high school.

Who is someone in the adult industry you would like to work with that you haven’t yet?

Someone that I have not yet worked with but would love to work with is Jessica Drake. She is a Wicked contract girl and is so hot.

What are some of your guilty pleasures?

Some of my guilty pleasures are ice cream and my big fat purple dildo.

What is something you haven’t done sexually that you would like to do?

Sexually I have done it all. I came, I saw, and I came again. 

What’s the strangest thing you have done in your life when it comes to sex?

I am a very kinky girl, in my eyes nothing I do is strange but to others, everything I do is strange.

You are very adventurous with your sex, is there anything you wouldn’t try?

No, I’ve actually tried it all and I would do it all again! I love sex!
