Nothing but a G Thang; Gracie Glam, Porn’s Rising Star

At just 20-years-old porn performer Gracie Glam took home the 2011 AVN Award for Best New Starlet earlier this year. Now, just turned 21, the sexy brunette is continuing her rise and becoming a legitimate star in the adult film industry.

Gracie was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and like hundreds of girls before her, took some nude photos which were used in Score Magazine while she was attending college in Florida. With her beautiful 34B-29-36 body and piercing green eyes, Gracie was quick to get more work. The 5’ 5" started doing movies, solo videos only, but soon that escalated to doing a girl/girl scene and finally some serious hardcore films.

Congratulations on the AVN Best New Starlet Award. Has your work load exploded since winning that honor?

Thank you very much! I would say that my work load has stayed the same. I've always been very busy but the type of work has changed a little bit. I find that I am getting to play more prestigious parts and getting to work on really cool new projects.

 

You seem to bring it 100 percent in all your scenes. Were you always this sexual, even before porn?

Yes, I have always been very sexual since I was young. I think being in the adult industry has more or less allowed me to express myself openly. I love filming very much.

 

You have such a diverse resume of genres of films you've done. Do you prefer one style over the other?

I love different things about each genre of shooting… gonzo/feature...etc. I love being able to go wild and be myself during a scene. I also love being able to take on a character and present myself sexually through that persona. It’s like I get to have multiple alter egos which is fun.

 

You are in the newest “Jailbait” film from Jules Jordan. Being you are only 20 and look much younger, do you like playing up that young girl role?

I love playing a young girl role because I basically just act like myself. Also, the best part about the new “Jailbait” movie is that when I filmed that scene I was actually 18…..Fresh Meat!!

 

You were in Elegant Angel's “Massive Facials 3,” how many loads did you take and are that the most you've ever had?

Ah, the infamous “MF3!” I decided to take on five guys in that movie. It was really special for me because that was the first blow bang I had done with Elegant. I also had a pretty prestigious list of cover girls to own up to, Jenna Haze and Lisa Ann. I was really nervous before the scene. I told the guys before we started to just go crazy with me….and the rest is history.

 

You've also done some parody films. Is it fun playing the slutty version of someone else's character?

Haha, it is so much fun playing roles in parodies! They have done some of my favorite shows and I love getting to be a part of it. Being able to play dress up and act is so cool. I recently got to jump through a window of fake glass for the upcoming “Birds Of Prey” parody (I'm a badass superhero). 

 

What do you think the future holds for you in and out of the adult business? Will you go back to school for fashion design like you originally planned?

Well, I can't predict the future but I know I will definitely continue filming. I really want to travel around the world Berlin, Australia, etc. to meet all my fans. Fan interaction is huge for me! I have been shooting lots of great content for my website GracieGlam.com which will hopefully be launched in a couple months.

I am really pushing for some new projects that I will keep a secret so I don't jinx myself. Oh, and I have my very own movie coming out this month with Elegant Angel. It’s for their Superstar September line called “Gracie Glam: LUST.” Trust me… you’re going to want to get this one. I do my very first anal scene ever!

As for the fashion aspect, I am defiantly going back to school. I am a very creative artistic person so not being in school drives me crazy! I'm currently taking some online classes and have already enrolled for the next semester which I can’t wait for! Art, fashion, and music are my true passions in life.

 

What’s the best and worst thing about working in the adult industry?

Some of my favorite things about being in the industry are being able to meet so many new people. I get to travel around the world and open myself up sexually in ways most people never get to. There are tons of fun projects and movies I have been on which I love. It has really given me so many opportunities that would have never came into my life.

The worst thing about working in the industry would probably be dealing with the controversy and judgment by non-industry people. Most regular society individuals don't understand the love and passion there is for adult entertainment in all forms. I feel as if they are quick to judge because of the act you do. In their eyes it is considered wrong to be open sexually. It is really tough dealing with close minded individuals and being able to preserver through so much negative judgment.

 

Have you had any bad experiences in the adult film industry?

Fortunately, from the beginning of my career I have been around some of the best people within the industry. They have really guided me through a good positive path and I have never been put in a negative situation. Don't get me wrong…there has been some confusions as well as disagreements but nothing out of the ordinary or extreme.

I think the biggest challenge most girls have in the industry is being able to stand your ground. If you are not comfortable with something they are asking of you or someone you are paired to work with you need to be able to speak up. I think that the fear of rejection and pressure puts girls in bad situations which are very unfortunate. It is hard but… you have to be able to stand up for yourself to gain respect from your peers.

 

What would you consider your biggest turn on or fetish?

Oh I most defiantly love smacking and spitting. I think the visual of spitting is super sexy. I enjoy rough passionate sex the most. There is nothing hotter to me than the be slammed against a wall, fucked and choked, while being whispered sweet lovely nothings in my ear.

 

You seem pretty small, have you been fisted yet or fisted anyone?

Oh I totally consider myself a southern belle! There is no hiding even if I wanted too. Even though I'm from NC the rest of my family is from Knoxville, TN. The twang runs through my blood. I love pulled pork and mashed potatoes and I've been riding horses since I was a little girl. I used to have a Blue Roan Mustang named Blueberry. Even though I live in LA I still have my Durango’s (boots) in the closet waiting for my visits back home.

 

How old were you when you lost your virginity and had sex with a girl?

I was in my freshman year of high school when I lost my virginity. It was to my best friend whom I still love very much to this day. It was a painful experience and he felt totally bad for me. It was a night I snuck out of my house (because I was a bad girl) and I remember him carrying me all the way home because I was so tired. The next day he brought me a big teddy bear. It was so cute.

What is one thing people would be surprised to know about you?

One surprising thing about me is that when I was younger I wasn't very glamorous. I was nerdy and got made fun of. Braces, booty, and curves later here I am!
